Inspired by the relaxed atmosphere of Ibiza sunset bars and beach-side lounges, the trio combines warm vocals, piano, and subtle percussion to reimagine iconic vocal dance tracks with elegance and restraint — creating a smooth, uplifting soundtrack designed to complement conversation, cocktails, and dining.
Blending soulful live performance with piano-led arrangements and organic percussion textures, the repertoire moves effortlessly through timeless vocal favourites and sunset classics, all delivered with a relaxed Balearic feel.
Performing live from 7pm, Sunset Sessions provide the perfect late-night soundtrack to exceptional food, quality drinks, and the intimate Speakeasy atmosphere of Bibis.

This does not include any food or drink and is not deducted from the bill on the day. All food and drink is to be ordered from our seasonal menus and a minimum of one main course per person must be purchased. The cost of all food and drinks is settled at the restaurant on the day of your booking.
