This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our team. We are seeking a hands-on culinary leader with excellent knowledge of Italian and European cuisine and a strong foundation in classical cooking techniques. The candidate must have a minimum of five years extensive experience in a quality high volume restaurant or hotel.
